Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We do not provide a Cash on Delivery payment option at present. All orders need to be prepaid at the time of order placement.

Replacement/Return

  • In case the ordered product is incorrect/ has missing parts / damaged / has manufacturing defects and is approved for replacement or return by our customer support team, we will assign a return/replacement order for the same.
  • In case of replacement (approved by our support team), we will assign a delivery partner to pick-up the product to be returned. The item will be picked up from the original delivery address. In case you want to change the pick-up address or want to give specific instructions, please contact us. This will be free of charge.
  • Once the returned product is received by us, our customer support team will investigate and approve the replacement/return as per their discretion.
  • Post approval, the new replacement product will be delivered to your specified delivery address. This will be free of charge.
  • The customers will need to ensure that the product is in the original packaging with the original product intact (with all the accessories it came with).
  • In the unlikely case of return, we will assign a delivery partner to pick up the product to be returned from the address mentioned by you. The customers will need to ensure that the product is in the original packaging with the original product intact (with all the accessories it came with). This will be free of charge.
  • If our support team determines that the returned product is not covered by Warranty, the customer will be required to pay all parts, shipping for the return of such Product.
