Standard Warranty Terms

Thank you for purchasing our 20FPS product

  • All 20FPS products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that protects the customer against defects in material, manufacturing or workmanship under normal use, for the period of 6 months from the date of original/first purchase, as evidenced by the original sales receipt. Under this warranty, the defective product will be replaced with a new product of the same kind, upon thorough inspection by the 20FPS team.
  • The warranty is applicable only to products purchased from a 20FPS authorized dealer, from 20FPS official website or from 20FPS official e-commerce accounts only.
  • Customer is required to keep the receipt as proof of purchase for the Warranty to be valid. To consider the Warranty valid and to have replacement of the product under warranty, customer is needed to send the original purchase receipt to 20FPS via email at support@20fps.com, along with images and description of the defect/issue.
  • If a Product or any part thereof fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, during the Warranty Period, 20FPS shall issue a replacement FREE OF CHARGE within a reasonable period of time.
  • If the Product has been superseded, replacement shall be made with a current model of the same quality and equivalent function. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. Unforeseen situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by 20FPS, subject to discretion of the latter.
  • 20FPS will not repair the defective product or its component or reimburse the customer for the purchase of the product. 20FPS shall send a replacement free of charge to the customer within a reasonable period of time

Limitations & Exclusions

The Warranties described in this WT&C do not apply to defects, faults, damage, or any malfunctions caused in whole or in part by the following  cases:

  • Defects, malfunctions and faults caused by improper use of product, negligence, inadequate or improper maintenance and care, overloading, handling, use contrary to recommendations or instructions accompanying the Product
  • Defects caused by corrosive environments, environments containing airborne contaminants (silicone, aluminium oxide, etc.), or excessive thermal shock;
  • Faults occurring during modification or as a consequence of a repair by the customer or an unauthorised third party;
  • Faults due to wear and tear
  • Faults as to components that constitute consumables
  • Faults caused by the use of accessories or parts not approved by 20FPS or non-compatible;
  • Faults resulting from the use of the Product other than that for which it was designed;
  • This warranty is voided if the product number or the serial number on the product has been altered, defaced, removed or is illegible.
  • 20FPS shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any special, incidental or consequential damages, direct or indirect, including, but not limited to personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements and other additional expenses.

How to Claim

  • For Warranty service on covered defects during the Warranty Period, the Customer has to contact the 20FPS support team via email on support@20fps.com and follow the instructions. Claims made under this Warranty must be made providing a valid, legal proof of purchase (e.g. original invoice or sales receipt) indicating the date of purchase, seller name, model name or product number. The customer must also add images or videos clearly showcasing the defect(s) and a brief description of the defect/issue faced in the email.
  • If 20FPS determines that any Product is not covered by any Warranty, the Customer has to pay all parts, shipping for the return of such Product.
  • To obtain the Warranty Service, the Customer will be asked to return the entire Product with all original components, carefully packed in original packing and with the required proof of purchase.
