• All 20FPS products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that protects the customer against defects in material, manufacturing or workmanship under normal use, for the period of 6 months from the date of original/first purchase, as evidenced by the original sales receipt.
• Under this warranty, the defective product will be replaced with a new product of the same kind, upon thorough inspection by the 20FPS team.
• The warranty is applicable only to products purchased from a 20FPS official website, authorized dealers, or 20FPS official e-commerce seller accounts only. 
• Customer is required to keep the receipt as proof of purchase for the Warranty to be valid.
• To consider the Warranty valid and to have replacement of the product under warranty, customer is needed to send the original purchase receipt to 20FPS via email at support@20fps.com, along with images and description of the defect/issue. 
• If a product or any part thereof fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, during the Warranty period, 20FPS shall issue a replacement FREE OF CHARGE within a reasonable period of time.
• 20FPS will not repair the defective product or its component or reimburse the customer for the purchase of the product. 20FPS shall send a replacement free of charge to the customer within a reasonable period of time.
• If 20FPS determines that any product is not covered by any Warranty, the customer has to pay all parts, shipping for the return of such product.
• To obtain the Warranty service, the customer will be asked to return the entire product with all original components, carefully packed in original packing and with the required proof of purchase.
• The Warranty does not apply to defects, faults, damage, or any malfunctions caused in whole or in part caused by improper use of product, negligence, inadequate or improper maintenance and care, overloading, handling, use contrary to recommendations or instructions.

Avoid Over-bending: While the tripod is flexible, avoid excessive bending or putting too much pressure on the joints to maintain its structural integrity.
Inspect Joints: Periodically check the joints for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, consider replacing the tripod or seeking repairs.
Use a Case: If available, use a protective case or pouch when transporting the tripod to prevent scratches or damage.
Avoid Excessive Weight: Be mindful of the weight capacity and avoid exceeding it to prevent strain on the tripod.
Protect Mobile Phone Mount: Do not over-stretch the mobile phone holder. The holder is intentionally tight to ensure proper grip on your phone.
